Company Introduction
Infoagent Software & Consulting is a technology company specializing in the design, development and implementation of cost effective, customized software solutions. The company also delivers a consulting service that complements other operations by helping clients make the most of their information assets.
The company was started in 2002 and is owned by Du Toit Scheepers, who holds a BSc degree in information technology from the University of Pretoria, obtained in the year 2000. During the period Du Toit was involved in the design and development of a number of systems and has gained a wealth of industry experience and valuable contacts in a South African context.
In 2007 Du Toit is joined by Cornelius Scheepers who holds an Honours Degree in Informatics from the University of Pretoria, obtained in the year 2005. This degree was preceded by a BComm degree in Accounting, obtained in the year 1999. Cornelius has worked in a number of Information Technology and Financial positions during his career and has been involved in and project managed a number of successful Information Technology and Financial projects during the course of his career.
Infoagent has the resources and technical skills required to respond to large or small projects, with only the best and most skilled resources on our team. Our unique business model ensures that the right person with the most applicable skill set is assigned to a job. It largely eliminates the need for a “learning curve” when starting a project, as the resource assigned to your project already has the right skills.

- We only use senior, trusted, qualified and experienced resources on our projects. Because of our unique business model, we are able to offer these resources at very competitive rates.
- We do not develop if we do not have a complete specification. (If everybody is not in complete agreement about what to build, the wrong thing will be built)
- We engage with our customers and make sure they are part of the development process (You’re paying, so you need to be comfortable with what you are getting)
- We have qualified, experienced and professional project managers and developers. PM’s understand the in-depth technical issues of their projects (They’re all skilled developers in their own right), and developers understand the commercial impact of their daily tasks.
